Group Therapy

Group therapy can help people explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors while working on interpersonal skills and connecting with others. This can help both individuals and the group understand themselves and others better, communicate more effectively, and work toward desired change. 

People seek group therapy for a wide variety of reasons, from coping with major life challenges or childhood trauma, to dealing with depression or anxiety, to simply desiring connection with others going through a similar life stage or situation.
